If you’re anything like me, you probably grill them once or twice a year.
And then they get left in the fridge until next time.
I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today”.
Well, I say don’t wait until next week to start cooking ribs.
Pressure Cookers are perfect for cooking ribs because they seal in flavor and moisture.

Ribs are one of my favorite foods.
They’re hearty, filling, and delicious.
But they can be tricky to cook.
The problem is that they dry out easily and overcook too quickly.
This means that they taste great, but aren’t tender enough to eat.

I’ve tried pressure cooker recipes before, but never cooked ribs.
Now I’m going to share my secrets for cooking ribs perfectly every time

How To Pressure Cook Ribs Before Grilling

Pressure cooking ribs before grilling is a great way to get tender meat while keeping the fat from dripping onto the grill. This method works well if you’re using a charcoal grill because the smokey flavor of the grill helps impart a smoky flavor to the ribs. It’s important to note that the ribs will not be cooked through after being pressure cooked. For this reason, you’ll need to finish them off on the grill.
To pressure cook the ribs, place them in a slow cooker or Dutch oven. Add enough water to completely cover the ribs. Cover the pot and bring the liquid to a boil over medium-high heat. Once the liquid comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and let the ribs simmer for 45 minutes. Remove the ribs from the pot and set aside.
For finishing the ribs on the grill, preheat the grill to 350 degrees F 177 degrees C. Brush the ribs with vegetable oil and season them with salt and pepper. Grill the ribs until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F 63 degrees C, about 15 to 20 minutes. Let the ribs rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

How to Make Baby Back Ribs Instantly

Baby back ribs are a cut from the loin section of the pig. They are very tender and flavorful, but they are not as popular as other cuts of pork because they take longer to cook. To make baby back ribs, you will need to marinate the meat overnight. In order to get the best flavor, you will need to season the meat well. It is important to note that you will need to soak the ribs in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
