4 Water Leakage
Answer: Check the drain pipe. If it is clogged, remove the plug from the drain pipe. Run hot water into the drain pipe. Wait for the water to run clear. Replace the plug.
4) Basket Is Not Moving
If the basket does not move, check the motor. Clean the grease off the motor. Turn the power switch on and off several times until the motor turns freely. If the motor still doesn’t turn freely, replace the motor.
5 Motor Stalls
Answer: Remove the lid and clean the motor. Replace the lid.
5) Too Much Smoke
Check the venting system. Make sure that the vents are clear.
6 No Heat
Answer: Check the thermostat. It could be stuck open.
