4) Basket Is Not Moving
If the basket does not move, check the motor. Clean the grease off the motor. Turn the power switch on and off several times until the motor turns freely. If the motor still doesn’t turn freely, replace the motor.

Answer: Remove the lid and clean the motor. Replace the lid.
